Francesca Alger has been and incredible realtor for us. We live out of state and she helped us sell a home for our parents. She was attentive to us, she pays attention to details, and knows the housing market well. She went way 'above and beyond' actually putting our hurricane shutters up and then taking them down for us. Francesca went above & beyond to help us sell this house under unbelievably challenging circumstances which included: A prolonged bridge closure that put the entire neighborhood under a 45-minute detour route (making access such a problem that nobody else could even get potential buyers to come LOOK at the homes), the fact that the owners were my brother & I (following the death of our parents & trying to sell their home), who each live about 1500 miles away, in different directions, and some terrible late-season hurricanes (Francesca even went over to the house for us and put up the storms shutters before the last hurricane, then took them down after it!). Francesca went far beyond the traditional realtor relationship and treated us like friends and neighbors (after a power outage, she even went over to check that all the home's systems were up and running again!), even though we don't live in Florida and we weren't trying to sell a big-money mansion.

When we were emptying out the house and getting it ready to sell, Francesca, and her partner, Kirby, gave us some great suggestions, which went beyond the usual "replace that carpet, get the windows sparkly-clean," suggestions to set this home apart from others, such as painting an accent wall to give the dining room its own more classic tone, and adding red cedar bark around all of the outdoor landscaping, which really made the lawn pop with colorful contrast.

Every step of the way, Francesca guided us through the process of selling a home, and of doing so from far away (little things like hiring a painter can be a huge problem if you don't live in the area... Francesca gave us a list of people she'd had good-fair-high-quality results with, saving us lots of time & money). She made it pleasant and easy, to include supporting our need to sign documents remotely, when we couldn't take time off from our jobs to fly to Florida for any of this or even for the closing. It has been such a relief to know a professional is handling EVERYTHING efficiently, quickly, with a friendly upbeat tone, and an unmatched responsiveness (I'm in a different time zone and sent some very off-hours texts, but Francesca was always quick with a knowledgeable, supportive reply).

I only wish I could import her to Texas when I'm ready to sell the house I'm living in here! You guys in Florida have a real treasure!

Francesca Alger Is an amazing realator ! We met in a restaurant chatting and next thing I know she is selling our house! Which was not easy but she stayed positive always.
